Standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

At Centermark LLC, we take confidentiality seriously.

All client communications, drawings, designs, and proprietary data shared with us are treated as confidential by default.

Unless a separate written agreement is in place, the following confidentiality terms apply:

• We will not share, sell, or disclose any part files, design intent, or documentation with third parties.

• All files and communications will remain private and are used solely for project delivery.

• If a mutual NDA is required, we are happy to sign yours or provide a custom version upon request.

Your intellectual property is safe with us.
